Who we are
Krasen Kiskinov
Managing Partner
Krasen Kiskinov is the leader of our team. He is one of the top tax lawyers in Bulgaria and a reputable legal professional who possesses considerable experience in advisory services, compliance and litigation. He has 25 years of practice in dealing with challenging local and international tax and legal assignments. Krasen is an active member of the Sofia Bar Association and a former Chairman of the Tax Committee of the German-Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
Boriana Vasileva
Managing Partner
Boriana Vasileva is our Managing Partner. She focuses on company and contract law, business transactions and administrative proceedings. Boriana is our human mobility expert assisting foreign nationals with their entry, stay and work in Bulgaria, as well as their travels abroad. She also deals with employment and social security matters.
